I was dismayed greatly by services offered by this company. I have had many car and property insurance policies with them for more than 15 years. I am stuck with them and could not switch to other companies. Every phone call took very long up to over a hour. The agents over the phone seemed to want get you from what you said and do their best to increase their prices. I highly do not recommend it.
