Nightmare!They started install my hardwood floor two weeks before Christmas2015.Once they started installation they came work for few hours a day and left (excuse for different reasons). On and off, they spent 3weeks to install my1650 sqft hardwood floor. The hardwood floor they installed is all loose and noisy when you step on. They promised to fix it but never showed up. My whole Christmas and January were wasted by them. Now they left me loose floor and ignore my phone call
