West shore transmission built me a bad transmission and would not fix the problem. I took it to Carl and Jason at sooke centre auto they found broken,damaged and used parts in my trans. They went over and above to get it done with a 3 week booked schedule. Got it done in 3 days and it is an awesome trans. Thanks for the service.

Carl is always helpful, honest and his guys are the same. Will always let you know the cost before he starts and that's the price when you go pick up your vehicle. I would recommend to anyone.

Not done right the first time

Head gasket blew and the truck was towed here. Local opinions say Carl was recommended, told him to get er done. Service was slow, unexpected issues yes but not so bad that it was okay to say this will take a week and then take just over a month. Paid ~$4500(quoted $2300) drove to Vic then out the Pat Bay to go the ferries. Less than 2hours/50km driven I was on the shoulder by Broadmead trying to find Carls home phone. Head gasket blew again!! Fixed free of charge + he paid the tow to Sooke tho

Highly skilled, polite, professional and honest. They do the work correctly the first time. More than once the bill has been substantially lower than the quote. I drive from Saanich to get work done here. Absolutely trustworthy.
