Tops Aluminum Railings Ltd

I called this business to ask if they repaired aluminum railing. Very abruptly & rudely, the man who answered the phone said no & hung up. I called again 3 hrs later hoping to be able to ask if he knew anyone who did repairs. Before I said anything, the same man shouted into that I had called before. This time I tried to get my question out, but he was not interested in being polite much less providing any type of customer service. I would never use this business. 1 star is to much.
