Josh showed up at the Save On parking lot (Cherry Lane Mall) in under 15 minutes and unlocked my car for me in under a minute. He was wonderful, efficient, friendly and a true hero for me today.

A friend referred me to Corrie Watts at this Penticton location. After leaving numerous messages to call me I have still not had a response. Total lack of service when I have 5 vehicles to insure as our Alberta plates expire is 7 days. If this is the service from the sales department I can only imagine how bad it would be if one needed to do a claim. Shocked that they cannot do better!!!

The staff at the Penticton office have been so helpful. They really made dealing with all my needs easy and have an abundance of knowledge on their products.
