Horrible for accountability and accuracy
Absolutely terrible in terms of accountability and accuracy. One of their agents sold me a $27.00 Temporary Operators Permit that was valid on my already insured other vehicle. This was because I was selling my old car. The agent did not verify the VIN and so I was unknowingly driving the vehicle without insurance!! This caused me a lot of hassle for the sale of my old vehicle as well. This could have cost me $598 ticket & impound, not to mention if I had been in an accident. $27 not a happy end
