    Technically poor and rude mechanic

    The mechanic has very poor technical and customer service skills. I will advise avoiding the Coquitlam auto-shop at all costs. He did a poor job in replacing the brakes on my car, and when I complained he asked me to come to the shop twice, and both times he said that he was busy (after he set the appointments). He hopped that I will give up. The second time he was rude and said "stop wasting my time". Do yourself a favor and go to another mechanic.
