The staff has always be knowledgeable and friendly. If you have an account the prices are good if not they can be a little pricey so ask for the shop rate and they usually honor it.

Poor Call Answering

I called the store first time and they couldn't find the part that i need. I said if they could find the bulb model through my vehicle, they didn't even listened after that and would disconnect the phone in a second. When i called third time after asking from my friend the model of bulb that goes in my bike, they picked the phone and putted me on hold. Very upset due to that and would try to never go to Lordco parts again.
