The Edge On Jasper

Parking is a mess constantly folks will fight over stalls and receive tickets for parking on the street due to lack of parking passes. The call box will stop working every few months, mailboxes will be pryed into. Etc. It was a cute little building but needs massive upgrades to keep it from going under.

Great place to live. Amazing views, close to the LRT. The river valley is on my door step. I have been living here for 2 years now without an issue, seems to be well managed.

The pipes burst 3 times already since we moved in in October, 2017. During Christmas when we were gone, the pipes burst again! Left a mess in our apartment. Now we can't even shower since the pipe has not been fixed. I believe it not only happens in our apartment. The whole building has been damaged by pipe leaks. This is pretty upsetting that the first time my bf and I moved in together have to go through this. I would say this is THE WORST place I've ever lived.
