Paid for a couple's massage. Scheduled an appointment, massage therapist cancelled very last minute due to a sick child, so we rescheduled, despite having scheduled our evening around the massage. On the rescheduled date, massage therapist contacted us about 10 min. before appointment and claimed she could not find our house, and running out of gas, even though we sent her a map. Despite offering a refund that evening, has refused to provide payment and no longer answers text messages.
