Advanpro - Heating, Cooling, Furnace & Duct Cleaning

Advanpro sold me a new Lennox 13ACX aircon compressor in June 2018, but used my old aircon lines and evaporator coil because they wanted my business and told me it's the most cost-effective way with good pricing, and I trusted them. Big mistake. The new aircon uses 410A refrigerant whereas my old aircon lines and coil ran on R22 refrigerant. My aircon died last summer 2021 and a Lennox service person told me Advanpro made a bad install. I contacted them but they went into denial mode. Terrible.

Steve did an excellent job of cleaning ducts, inspecting furnace and water heater Oct. 2, 2019. Explained clearly what was being done and answered all of our questions. Would hire again. D&B

Do not believe the prices they quote you. They charged me an additional $129 to change the filter on my furnace ontop of the $129 ‘diagnostic’ fee. Truly unreal.

Jeff and Tim were excellent in doing the job. I highly recommend this company and if these two guys do not get a raise I am going to hire them for my company. Also the receptionist Sarah was great, knowledgeable and informative. These people are pros at doing their job. And no I am not related to any one of them. We will use this company again. One day later and we are very happy customers!

Pat and Roland did an awesome job for us today. I used the promotional coupon for 159.99 for 10 vents cleaned with the brush. I had 17 vents so it cost more than the promotion but they did an awesome job and were really friendly. My cat liked them too. They came early which was nice usually you have to wait for tech's to come do work at your house. They were really good at showing me what they were doing and educating me. I would defiantly use them again.

Highly professional, thorough, attention to detail, very careful to protect furnishings and floors.

I booked Advanpro for AC installation and I was satisfied and very happy with their service. The technician was knowledgeable and very nice. He even booked my AC inspection with the City of Calgary. Quick and hassle-free service! I will definitely recommend Advanpro with my friends and family and I will use them again in the future! Cheers!

i had my furnace and ducts cleaned by advanpro and i was very happy and satisfied with their service! the technicians were on time, friendly and very knowledgeable! i would definitely use them again and recommend advanpro to my family and friends!

Last night a tech...

Last night a technician from Advanpro came and repaired my furnace in the middle of the night. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be using them for all my furnace related issues from now on.

Great Service

This is my third time using Advanpro in my third home and have had excellent service every time. Service technicians were very polite and knowledgeable and had no issues. Technician arrived in the service window provided. I had called them back for one occasion when my furnace stopped working. It was late at night on a sunday. The technician came over and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get me back up and running. Definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Lied about showing up, wasted my time.

Booked Advanpro 5 days in advance and I let them know that it had to be done before the cleaners I'd hired for some post construct cleanup came in.No prob they said.The day before the sched. date they call and ask if they can come earlier in the day but by that time my work sched. is full so I can't change the time.I'm then told that the tech was overbooked but he will come after the other appt. 7:30pm comes and goes so I call the tech and 'emerg' line. No answer. Terrible customer service.
