Excellent service for my central vacuum. Texas came and diagnosed ithe problem quickly and efficiently. He took the time to explain what was wrong and how to avoid it in the future. The customer service is really exceptional they helped us out in getting warranty submitted and went the extra mile in getting the manufacturer to approve the warranty work! I’ve been coming here for over 7 years. Hanif is fantastic. You’d think visits to have you vacuum fixed would be ho hum. Hanif will get you back up and running and you’ll leave feeling confident. I have had both vacuumes repaired here as well as just bought a shampooer from him. The plastic bag got a rip in it, Hanif got me fixed up right away and didn’t charge me. Truly a kind man and will get you back up and running at a great price. I am truly grateful for A to Z.
